I own multiple properties. Will each of my listings have unique GET/TAT numbers?
Property owners: If you own multiple properties, you may obtain one GET and one TAT number to cover all your listings. You can also choose to get a unique GET and TAT number for each property, which means that each of your listings will have different numbers.
Property managers: If you manage properties on behalf of multiple property owners, you’ll be required to enter a GET and TAT number for each of your property owners.

What is the format for the state tax IDs?
GET example: GE-123-456-7890-01
TAT example: TA-123-456-7890-01
The old state tax ID format is: W12345678-01
How do I enter my state tax IDs for my listing(s)?
You’ll need to access the registration flow in your dashboard. Here’s how:
Log in to your dashboard.
Click on ‘Property editor’.
Click on the ‘Description’ tab at the top.
Scroll down and click ‘Visit registration page’.
Complete the required steps.
Once entered, your GET and TAT numbers will appear on your listing.
I’m already required to display a county-specific licence or certificate number on my listing. Should I also display my GET/TAT numbers?
Yes.
Will my Hawaii listing(s) be removed if I’m not displaying my GET/TAT IDs?
Yes, your listing(s) will be removed soon if your numbers aren’t displayed in the mandatory field that we’ve provided in your dashboard.
I’ve already added my GET/TAT numbers to my property description. Is this okay?
No. You’ll need to enter your Tax IDs in the mandatory field that we’ve provided in your dashboard.
