If you’re an integrated property manager (you use your software to manage your vacation rental bookings), we integrate your software and listings using XML.
To ensure your listing information is fed correctly to our platform , we email you regular audit reports that highlight any errors that may occur in your integration feed. Learn more below about what these reports are and how they can help you troubleshoot issues with your listings.
• Listings audit report: This details errors in the data being sent to our platform through the listings integration feed. The listings feed is responsible for information such as property headlines and descriptions , addresses, photos , and amenities. Listings will show an error and not display on the live website if any of this information is missing or invalid.
• Rates audit report: Details errors related to the rates integration feed.
• Unit Availability audit report: Details errors found in a calendar feed.
If errors occur after an integration job runs or during booking and quote requests, one or more audit reports will be emailed to you. The following documents outline common errors and corrective actions.
HA-XML integration: online quote and booking issues
Technical errors are reported in the OLB Integration Audit Report for real-time online bookings and quotes. This report is sent once a day. This guide will help you understand why an error occurred as well as any corrective action you can take or who to contact for more help.
Content integration issues
If errors occur when we process your listings, rates, lodging configuration, or availability index, an audit report is generated that lists those errors. New listings and updates to existing listings are not posted on our website until the errors are corrected. Refer to this guide for a list of common errors and how to correct them.
