HA-XML integration: online quote and booking issues
Technical errors are reported in the OLB Integration Audit Report for real-time online bookings and quotes. This report is sent once a day. This guide will help you understand why an error occurred as well as any corrective action you can take or who to contact for more help.

Content integration issues
If errors occur when we process your listings, rates, lodging configuration, or availability index, an audit report is generated that lists those errors. New listings and updates to existing listings are not posted on our website until the errors are corrected. Refer to this guide for a list of common errors and how to correct them.
