4. Highlight traveler trends in your descriptions and headlines. Since flexcation (working from remote locations) is such a popular option for travelers, mention the high-speed internet and the cozy nooks your properties have to get work done. 
    
5. Become a Premier Host. Premier Host is a free, invite-only program that recognizes owners and managers who consistently deliver great traveler experiences. 6. Request reviews and rate travelers on a weekly basis. A listing with 1 review is 13x more likely to receive a booking and a listing with 20 reviews has an 85% higher conversion rate than a listing with no reviews.
