Creating your welcome guide is simple. To fill out your welcome guide, log in to your dashboard and go to ‘welcome guide’ on the left-hand side. From there you’ll be asked to provide your instructions.
Guests will be able to see some of the welcome information as soon as they book. But they won’t be able to see how to access your property or how to check in until seven days before they check in.
Seven days before check-in, we’ll send your guests an email so they can access your welcome guide through the traveller app or their account dashboard under My Trips. Now they’ll be able to view access and check-in instructions. If a booking is made within seven days of check-in, your guest will receive the welcome guide email in a few hours.
To set up unique instructions for different bookings, reservation-specific access instructions let you provide unique access instructions for each of your guests. You can set them up in Reservation Manager.
If you have created welcome guide access instructions as well as reservation-specific access instructions, only your reservation-specific access instructions will be shared with your guests. You can also choose to only use the welcome guide or the reservation-specific access module.
Switching from Mobile Hospitality Manager
You can set up your welcome guide to include most of the information that was in Mobile Hospitality Manager, which is no longer available. However, you may notice a few changes. We’ve streamlined the welcome guide to include only the information that guests find most useful and left out information that’s already provided to guests in other places.
Note that only guests with active, confirmed bookings can access your welcome guide. Your information will no longer be available once guests check out or if they cancel the booking.
